Professional PSA Oxygen Generator

According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase. Adopting a dual tower structure, the pneumatic valves are controlled by PLC for continuous high-quality oxygen production.

01Air compressor (screw type): Air raw material collection.

02Cold dryer: Moisture and impurity removal (Dew point down to -60 ºC).

03Precision filter: A/T/C three-stage oil and dust removal.

04Adsorption tower: A&B towers work alternately with sodium type molecular sieves.

05Turbocharger: Oxygen booster up to 150-200 bar for cylinder filling.
