According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase. Adopting a dual tower or multi tower structure, oxygen is produced continuously through PLC controlled intelligent programs.

1. Air compressor (screw type): Collects and compresses air to 8 bar.
2. Cold dryer: Removes moisture and impurities (dew point down to -60 ºC).
3. Precision filter: Three-stage filter for oil, dust, and impurity removal.
4. Air buffer tank: Stores raw material for subsequent separation.
5. Adsorption tower: A&B towers work alternately using sodium type molecular sieves.
6. Oxygen & Nitrogen analyzer: Real-time monitoring of gas purity.
7. Intelligent Valves: Fully automatic operation with PLC control and SUS304 pipelines.
8. Turbocharger: Boosts pressure to 150 bar or 200 bar for cylinder filling.
