Gold processing plant is an integrated solution that extracts gold from gold ore. It contains a variety of equipment designed to process different grades of gold ore efficiently.
Applicable Material: Argilaceous oxidized ore, flotation gold concentrate, gravity tailings, sulfide minerals with high floatability, and low-grade gold deposits.
The Gold CIP Plant includes seven specialized operation systems: preparation of leached pulp, cyanide leaching, activated carbon adsorption, desorption of gold-loaded carbon, electrolytic extraction of mud gold, recovery of degold carbon, and treatment of leached pulp.
The gold ore is crushed and ground to a size suitable for cyanide leaching. Slurry is stirred and leached with the help of chemicals.


Dissolved gold is adsorbed by activated carbon. The gold-loaded carbon is then separated and treated in the desorption system.


The noble liquid is recovered via electric shock to obtain gold mud, and carbon is recycled for the next cycle.


Essential for grinding and primary crushing to ensure optimal particle size for the leaching process.
