Automated Soap Production Line

The production line is equipped with advanced intelligent control systems and automatic molding equipment, which can produce soap products of different specifications, shapes and fragrances. The process features high raw material utilization, low energy consumption, and flexible formula adjustment.
Main Process flow:
Soap noodles → Soap mixer → Three roller mill → Vacuum soap plodder → Soap cutting
1. Mixer: For continuous mixing of soap noodles, flakes and additives.
2. Three Roller Mill: Used for grinding soap noodles into thin sheets.
3. Vacuum Soap Plodder: Molding the sheets into long strip soap of required shapes.
4. Soap Cutter: Stamping and cutting the long bar soap.
Raw Materials: Plant/animal fats (palm oil, coconut oil, tallow), caustic soda (NaOH), sodium silicate, fragrance, and pigments.
