The air intake filter is located on the top and side walls and contains filter cotton, ensuring the cleanliness of the incoming air, which is crucial for spray painting quality.
Outdoor air is drawn in, filtered, and then its temperature and humidity are adjusted before being evenly distributed into the spray booth. This creates a stable, directional airflow that controls the movement of paint mist.
The exhaust fan extracts air containing paint mist. The gas is purified through filters before being discharged, meeting environmental emission regulations.
