A: Our standard MOQ is 100pcs per model. For initial trial orders, we can accept 50pcs per model.

A: We accept 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Delivery takes 30-40 days for the first order and 20-25 days for repeat orders.

A: Generally, we provide a 1-year warranty along with 1% FOC (Free of Charge) spare parts with your order.
Q: How do you handle damaged products upon arrival?
A: Please take photos and send them to us immediately. Once verified, we will send replacement products at no additional cost.
